When starting, Endermologie treatments are 1h in length and they are recommended once or twice a week. The average women will need 6-10 treatments to achieve optimal results. Once a month or fortnight maintenance treatments are recommended to maintain your results and cumulatively improve them.

Endermologie is a relaxing massage experience. As the Therapist guides the rollers over the body, you will feel a slight vibration and tingling and warming of the area, due to the increased blood flow. Some areas of the body are more sensitive than others, but the treatment should never be painful. Over time, the Therapist may apply more pressure and different manoeuvres to some areas in order to achieve an optimal result, however, your comfort is always of the utmost importance. YOU DO NOT NEED TO EXPERIENCE DISCOMFORT FOR THE TREATMENT TO WORK - the opposite is true in fact, since the key is breaking the inflammation cycle rather than making it worse

Drink at least 1L of water throughout the day before your appointment to ensure you are hydrated enough to help the lymphatic system with drainage. We will supply the required bodysuit for the treatment, although if you would like to purchase your personal one please let us know.

You may experience a slight tingling and redness and your skin will usually feel immediately softer and you will feel lighter overall - and especially in your legs if that’s your main retention area. As the treatment stimulates your lymphatic circulation, you may find you may need to visit the bathroom more regularly - this indicates that your body is already ridding itself of excess fluid containing toxins and fat deposits. We strongly encourage you to drink at least 1L of water throughout the day after the treatment to facilitate this elimination of toxins. Many people report feeling more energetic or sleepy after treatment, so either scheduling exercise or taking some deserved rest after your treatment is a great idea! Both are great outcomes of the session and purely depend on individual stress levels and other factors. Just bear in mind that your circulation will be boosted for at least 6 hours after treatment, so be aware of your pulse rate during exercise.

Emerald Laser Lipo, uses a low-level, cold laser that is (laser lipolysis) for non-invasive fat reduction. It's compared to doing 20,000 sit-ups or squats in a 30-minute session. It is best performed after an Endermologie draining session. This Neo version also includes RF energy for simultaneous skin tightening. The handles can be applied on tummy, arms, buttocks, legs, calves.

Endermologie is recommended both before and after liposuction to optimize final results and recovery. Before liposuction, it helps prepare the treatment area by improving circulation, softening tissue, and making fat removal more efficient. After liposuction, it aids in reducing swelling, bruising, and fibrosis (scar tissue formation, which can cause lumps and uneven skin texture), promoting faster healing and smoother contours.
